EST FORT Inc. is a small Japanese holding company. We operate our own SaaS (Tasteck) alongside a call center, an animal cafe, and a logistics business. The mix forces us to keep both software craft and ground-level operations sharp at the same time.
EST FORT is structured as a hybrid: a system development arm building our own SaaS, plus equity / operational involvement in three subsidiaries (call center, animal cafe, logistics).
One representative example of our operating principle: in 2026 we added a small-amount short-term insurance agency license to our charter. The reason was simple ── one of our group companies, Meerkat Cafe googoo, needed to handle pet insurance for customers, so we built the capability in-house instead of outsourcing it.
Most of our businesses started this way: as solutions to our own internal problems, which then turned out to be valuable to others.
